There was no event more poppin’ in Richmond Hill on the evening of May 29 than the VIP opening of Xpression, the new condo development by Zancor Homes. Over 200 guests showed up for the preview opening of the presentation centre and each was treated to an array of hors d’oeuvres and Xpression cocktails.
For those not in the loop on this much-hyped project, we’ve put together a quick backgrounder for you below.
Xpression was designed by Quadrangle Architects in a modern architectural style. It’s a 15 storey, two tower design with a six storey podium and contains more than 452 suites. Complementing the Quadrangle architecture work will be unique interiors by the uber-hot interior design firm, Tomas Pearce.
Situated on the east side of Yonge Street, Xpression will be close to local restaurants and shops. The development also has its own range of amenities to boast about, including a pool, private barbecue areas and fitness studio.
