We’ve heard it before: “Vancouver’s housing market is too hot for it’s own good.” But, what if it isn’t?

This was the intriguing approach Bob Rennie, Vancouver’s leading real estate marketer, took in a speech delivered to members of the Urban Development Institute on May 12, 2012 at the Fairmount Hotel Vancouver.

Responding to recent public discourse about Vancouver’s “housing bubble”, Rennie’s speech centred around one central idea: what if it’s not a bubble? Rennie’s talk was heard by over 900 members of the Urban Development Institute and lucky for us, it was recorded. The best part about the video?
