horseshoe copeland house rendering We may have temporarily reverted back to winter-esque temperatures, but don’t let the weather fool you — summer is just around the corner.

With that in mind, we’re getting pumped up for cottage season and it looks like we’re not the only ones with cottages on our minds.

Skyline recently announced that phase 1 at Horseshoe Copeland House is sold out. The second condominium will be launching in the spring, so look out for that! You can register now for priority status which, considering the hot-cake style sales of phase 1, seems to be a very good idea.

While these whole-ownership condos may not remind you of the rustic, falling apart, canoe-with-a-hole-in-it cottage of your childhood, they certainly offer a resort spin on the classic cottage experience.

Horseshoe Resort offers 52 summer and winter activities like tubing, golfing, snowshoeing, alpine and Nordic skiing, tree-top trekking, zip lining — the list goes on.

Prices at Copeland House start at $199,900 and range up to the low $300s. Owners also will have the option to place their suites into the Horseshoe rental program so they can receive rental revenue when they’re not there.

Stay tuned to this frequency… We’ll have more buzz on the launch of phase 2 of Horseshoe Copeland House soon. In the meantime, check out our story on the Copeland House interiors here.
