We’re loving the way the design incorporates the loft hammerhead wood trusses into the bathroom itself. The fully tiled floors are looking good, as is the master bath wedged into the dormer. Taking a bath with a great view sounds pretty good to us.
For those not in the loop on this project, West40 is located on Westmoreland Avenue, near Bloor and Dufferin. It will boast 17 large, three- and four-level townhomes. The church itself was designed by architect W.A. Langton who was known for his attention to brick detailing. The structure is a century old and features Tudor-arched openings and design elements associated with early medieval English architecture.
We’ve heard the project will be officially launching in April so stay tuned for more news on West40.
