While Mr. Ng was there to ensure that all the elements were in harmony, Graziani and Corraza Architects handled the heavy architecture work. The result? A 7 storey building with a classic facade and expansive terraces on both the north and south sides that has also been engineered (for lack of a better Feng Shui verb) to promote a sense of tranqulity.
We’re loving this emphasis on Feng Shui! The number one criticism of condo designs is that, when done poorly, they promote a cold and clinical atmosphere. What better way to avoid this than to hire someone who specializes in creating warm, serene environments?
But maximum Feng Shui appeal is only one attribute that makes TAO unique. The development will boast 170 suites with 10′ foot ceilings and modern kitchens which include granite or corian countertops, undermount sinks and stainless steel Energy Star appliances.
Bathrooms at TAO will include designer vanity cabinets and rain-style showerheads. We don’t know how Feng Shui masters feel about rain-style showerheads, but we’re pretty sure they’d approve.
SigNature also pride themselves on offering an array of green features with all of their developments and TAO is no exception. TAO will sport Energy Star appliances, programmable thermostats and low water consumption bathroom fixtures. A bike storage area and outdoor bike rack will help encourage residents to stick to two-wheels instead of four.
More buzz on the way? You bet there is!
