We love a good party as much as the next person unless the next person happens to be one of the stellar party planners behind that Edition/Richmond shindig last night.

That’s because they really, REALLY love a good party and we’re not sure if we can compete. It pays off to have one of those party-loving folks planning your event because you know you’re getting a memorable experience for all your guests.

That was the case at Edition/Richmond where the developer, Curated Properties, enlisted Cecconi Simone and AUDAXarchitecture to convert an auto shop to a showroom and party place. Instant awesome memories!

As you’ll see in the photos below, the space was white washed by Cecconi Simone to give it an art gallery vibe. A big success? Absolutely! We’d even say this was one of the most memorable nights we’ve ever had at a development party. Kudos!

One of Steam Whistle’s vintage vehicles also made an appearance.

Performers were stationed throughout the showroom and model to project the vibe and aesthetic of the Queen West ‘hood.

Bringing the Queen West lifestyle indoors, the launch party featured a witty performance art piece that unrolled throughout the evening in the main gallery space.

So hip it hurts.

Gianpiero Pugliese of AUDAXarchitecture and Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone, the visionaries behind Edition/Richmond and the showroom.

Inspired by the gallery environment, ABSOLUT Vodka commissioned industrial design firm Creative Union Network to create a glass sculpture that hung above the bar.
