Spring hasn’t quite sprung yet, but the development industry party scene is heating up in anticipation of the changing seasons.

In fact, we’re feeling the party vibes emanating from the Queen West area already. That’s because on Thursday evening (March 8th), Edition/Richmond will be hosting “Outside-In”, a live-art performance and commentary about Toronto’s condo scene.

Edition/Richmond‘s developer, Curated Properties, teamed up with AUDAXarchitecture and Cecconi Simone to convert an old auto garage into an showroom and party place.

To connect the neighbourhood’s past with its future, the auto-garage has been white washed by Cecconi Simone to give it an art-gallery vibe, and will feature found auto-garage objects including vintage car parts on display throughout the gallery space.

The live-art show will complement the launch of the Edition/Richmond‘s 20 townhomes that will eventually replace the auto garage at 850 Richmond Street. You can check out more info about the project here and read more about Curated Properties‘ co-founder Adam Ochshorn here.

To keep the party vibes flowing, ABSOLUT Vodka will be on-hand to supply the evening’s refreshments. Steamwhistle will also be there with some brewskis while BELLOSOUND will provide the tuneskis. Sounds like a time! And a good one at that…

To RSVP email rsvp@kimgraham.ca. The fun begins on Thursday, March 8th at 7pm and will continue throughout the evening. Swing by 850 Richmond Street to get in on the action.

The townhomes range in size from 1000 to 2000 square feet and are priced from $599,999. For more info email sales@editionrichmond.com or call 416 900 5574. Visit the website by clicking here.
