We all need a few essentials to survive: food to eat, a place to sleep, and exercise to stay healthy and fit.

As luck would have it, The Guardian is as close to trails and nature as it is urban amenities. Situated right by the crossing of the Bow and Elbow River, the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary, the Bow Habitat Station, Inglewood Wildlands Park, and Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery are practically in your backyard. There’s also a gym featuring TVs, free weights, state of the art machines, and a yoga studio.

As if being the tallest residential tower in the city wasn’t enough to make this project a standout…
