Alright folks, what’s the best, hottest, and most gosh darn fun neighbourhood in Toronto?

Odds are we’re going to get a range of answers and you know what, that’s okay. Different strokes for different folks right?

However, we’re sure that if we asked the folks who are purchasing at Pinnacle on Adelaide, they would say King West and the Entertainment District. They have a pretty strong case too because there’s really something for everyone there.

That’s why we’re going on a little neighbourhood safari today — exploring the area and highlighting the different hot spots that add to the character of the community.

But first, a little backgrounder on Pinnacle on Adelaide is in order!

The Pinnacle International condo project is situated at 295 Adelaide Street West. It’s under construction now, but in order to start building, Pinnacle had to move the historic Richard West House to make way for the site (don’t worry, they’re putting it back). The developer has propose a public plaza courtyard (pictured above, left) at the front of the building that ties into the future festivities of the John Street cultural corridor.

And now on to the neighbourhood pics…

When it comes to theatre in Toronto, it doesn't get much better than the Royal Alexandra on King Street West.

Where everyone knows your name... Grace O'Malleys isn't your typical neighbourhood pub. There's a ton of live entertainment and awesome food and drink deals.

The world famous -- or Toronto-famous, at least -- combination Chapters-Scotiabank theatre.

The best darn concert theatre in the country and home of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

Where hustle meets bustle!

Those flavours of King West. What would Saturday night be without you?

And there it is... Once complete Pinnacle on Adelaide will rise 43 storeys above this fantastic 'hood.
