The brilliant minds at RAW Design have been at it again, this time over on Dundas Street, west of Bathurst.

The cutting edge architecture and design firm have created NERO, a collection of condos and lofthouses that will bring a bold look and new retail space to the Dundas West strip.

NERO will sport black brick punctuated with recessed windows and balconies and clean contemporary lines.  The condo tower will be 8 storeys while 10 modern lofthouses will occupy Manning Street.

Suites at the Tofni Developments project are not on sale yet, but if you find yourself particularly captivated by the immaculate renderings, you should get on over to their registration page post-haste.

Word on the street is there’s been a lot of interest in NERO, and with a relatively small collection of suites available odds are good that they’ll be selling like hot cakes.

It’s not just the innovative architecture that NERO has going for it. As far as neighbourhoods go, it’s a veritable gold mine of shopping, dining, nightlife and culture. NERO is situated in the heart of Little Portugal and is only moments away from Kensington Market, Trinity Bellwoods, uber-hip West Queen West and the go-to destination for dining, Little Italy.

A buzzworthy development if we’ve ever seen one. And honestly, could that name be any more epic?
