Artful and well-thought out interior design isn’t just for your downtown condo and uptown townhome anymore!

Cottage country is getting into the design spirit and for proof you don’t need to look any further than Horseshoe Copeland House, the 58 condominium residences planned for Skyline‘s Horseshoe Resort and Village in Barrie.

The Design Agency is behind the Copeland House interiors and they’re also creating furniture packages for purchasers to personalize their space.

“We selected a cross-section of the suites to showcase. Most features and finishes are standard, and we tailored the décor and furnishing selections to exemplify the versatility of the designs,” said The Design Agency’s Matt Davis in a release.

“We picked up on natural components in the mantel and floor finish,” Davis explains.

“The linen lamp and twig floor lamp achieve a nice balance between indoors and outdoors. We think of this suite as warm country eclectic — some modern pieces mingled with classic items such as the bookshelf and executive chair.”

Some of these Copeland House interior renderings are very family friendly, but who says family friendly designs can’t be stylish?

Another interior rendering has a more adult style, boasting plenty of seating for entertaining large groups and a French oak wine rack to display your growing high class collection, or at least accommodating all the $8 Fuzion bottles you picked up from the LCBO on the way up.

The Design Agency also created a rendering for the typical Copeland House bedroom to give you an idea of your sleeping quarters while you’re enjoying your life of leisure.

“This retreat is styled on a summer golf theme and is all about relaxing,” Davis said. “The tufted headboard, soft lighting and plaster relief that suggests nature create an organic ambiance. The idea behind all the renderings is to represent the multi-seasonal appeal of these suites.”

Prices at Copeland House start from $199,900 and owners have the option to place their suites into Horseshoe’s pretty awesome rental program which allows them to rent their condos out when not in use. Furthermore, purchasers will have access to 25 alpine ski and snowboard runs, 2 championship golf courses and myriad other seasonal amenities and activities (we’ve been up there and trust us, it’s a ton of fun).
