B.streets condos is a project that’s impossible to ignore.

Of course it helps that the Lindvest Properties development is super centrally located — in the charming, quirky, sophisticated and vibrant area at Bloor and Bathurst, known to residents and visitors alike as The Annex. However, B.streets knows that to get noticed, you need more than just a sweet location.

That’s why they’ve dedicated a lot of time and energy into creating one of the most exciting ad campaigns of the year. There’s the epic mural that graces the facade of the sales centre and the ubiquitous ads that capture that elusive yet tantalizing Annex essence. There’s the professional photo essay that chronicles life in the vibrant ‘hood. The list goes on…

We’ve also been captivated by the architectural work by Hariri Pontarini, who have really outdone themselves with the B.streets design. With all this in mind, we thought it was high time to pay the sales centre a visit. Pretty lucky for all of you who may B.curious about B.streets, right?

Have a look at our photos of the sales centre below:

The talented architects over at Hariri Pontarini are behind the unique aesthetic of B.streets.

A few different angles are necessary to really convey the intriguing nature of the architecture.

The facade has been described as playful but the retail strip at street level is all business.

Pretty groovy big screen they had in the sales centre. Loved the video.

Floorplans galore! B.streets will have 195 units ranging in price from the mid $200,000s to the mid $900,000s.

The sales centre featured 2 vignettes, a bathroom and a kitchen (pictured above, obviously). Kitchens boast contemporary cabinetry custom designed by Cecconi Simone and quartz countertops.

Bathrooms feature quartz counters, a framed mirror with integrated shelf, and custom cabinetry by Cecconi Simone.

The sales centre was also not short on space for kicking back and relaxing.
