B.streets has a big presence in the neighbourhood. The ads are ubiquitous and if you happen to be walking, biking or driving on Bathurst near Bloor, it’s difficult not to notice the massive mural painted on the side of the building where B.streets will soon stand.

We love it when an ad campaign for a new development really nails the character of the neighbourhood that it’s situated in. Residents of the neighbourhood surrounding Bloor and Bathurst, affectionately known as the Annex, will definitely agree that the ads capture the Annex essence. They’ve even got the Annex harp guy in one of the ads!

Sophisticated yet relaxed, intellectual and creative, a mix of young professionals and older artistic types — that’s what the Annex is all about and that’s exactly what these B.streets ads communicate. Who is the creative team behind these awesome ads? That would be the great minds at L.A. Inc.
