If you’ve been in the Bloor and Bathurst area over the last couple months, the odds are quite high that you’ve seen at least one of the great ads for B.streets condos, the new condo and townhouse development by Lindvest Properties.
B.streets has a big presence in the neighbourhood. The ads are ubiquitous and if you happen to be walking, biking or driving on Bathurst near Bloor, it’s difficult not to notice the massive mural painted on the side of the building where B.streets will soon stand.
We love it when an ad campaign for a new development really nails the character of the neighbourhood that it’s situated in. Residents of the neighbourhood surrounding Bloor and Bathurst, affectionately known as the Annex, will definitely agree that the ads capture the Annex essence. They’ve even got the Annex harp guy in one of the ads!
Sophisticated yet relaxed, intellectual and creative, a mix of young professionals and older artistic types — that’s what the Annex is all about and that’s exactly what these B.streets ads communicate. Who is the creative team behind these awesome ads? That would be the great minds at L.A. Inc.
You should definitely read all about B.streets‘ other super creative promos like their mural and their neighbourhood photo essay but first, let’s have a look at a few of our favourites, just in case you don’t have time to take a stroll down Bloor Street today…
