Earlier this week the National Sales and Marketing Awards announced the nominees for their 31st annual bash that will take place on February 8th, 2012 in Mickey Mouse HQ (otherwise known as Orlando, otherwise known as Harry Potter Land).

As it says on their website, The Nationals pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, homebuilders and associates and sales and marketing councils.

There’s a huge number of Canadian nominees this year and, being the condo capital of the world, Toronto predictably picked up the lion’s share of the noms.

Among the Toronto noms, Cinema Tower by Daniels really stood out, receiving accolades in Community Branding, Brochure – Book, Direct Mail, Internet Marketing, Black and White Ad, Overall Ad Campaign, Community of the Year (Exclusive Toronto) and Computer Generated Sales Tool. Yea… we told you they stood out.

The Station by Brandy Lane Homes was another project that garnered a lot of recognition with noms in the Black and White Ad, TV Commercial and Overall Ad Campaign categories.

Other Toronto projects to get some love are The Avendale, B.streets, The Yorkville, The Bond, Rain Condos, and LivLofts.

Congrats to one and all! We’re looking forward to seeing the winners’ list after the awards in February.
