Q Loft: Our visit to the sales centre made us feel ten times cooler! [PICS]
Nov 4, 2011
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, when it comes to downtown living in Toronto, that Queen West cool possesses an allure that’s tough to match.
Q Loft, the new boutique condo project by Royal Queen Developments, knows where the cool is headed. It’s not moving from Queen West, that’s for sure. It’s just shifting a little more… west. West to Queen and Dufferin to be exact.
Residents of the 70 stylish loft and condo suites will have so much cool right at their doorstep — coffee shops, clothing stores, an eclectic mix of restaurants — each one more unique than the last!
If you’re unfamiliar withRoyal Queen Developments, the developer ofQ Loft, then we should let you know that these folks know what they’re doing. Boris Shteiman and John Colangelo, the two principals of the company, each have 40 years of experience in the industry.
That experience combined with the excellent location makes for one brilliant development. But don’t take our words for it, we’ll just let the camera do the talking…
Proof that we were there!
Q Loft will be 8 storeys and have 70 units ranging from 436 to 1041 square feet.
Tact Architecture is handling the design while Michael Krus of Tact Design is working his magic on the interiors.
We thought this was a cool juxtaposition of the model and the intersection the new building will soon call home.
The sales centre features a model bathroom for prospective buyers to check out.
And a model kitchen! The kitchen island becomes a table if you remove a cabinet on wheels underneath.
Here’s your selection of finishes. This photo doesn’t really do them justice but you’ll at least have an idea of your options.
Thanks to the Q Loft sales centre staff for being so accommodating! As always, more buzz is on the way…
