Pre-construction prices. Two and a half words that are just music to our ears.

Any seasoned condo veteran will tell you that nothing beats buying at pre-construction prices.

We just wish pre-construction prices would last forever… But then we guess that nothing would ever get built, so maybe these prices are ephemeral.

So who’s offering some great pre-construction pricing right now? None other than the famous DNA3 by Canderel.

This development has had us enraptured since day one with its immaculate suite designs by the always-amazing Cecconi Simone, awesome architecture by Graziani + Corazza and, of course, the fantastic neighbourhood it will be nestled in, King West.

Much like its predecessors, DNA1 and DNA2, this project has been mega-successful and construction will be starting this winter. Pre-construction prices are here for now, but once the sales centre is gone, the prices will rise. Most suites are currently priced from the $200,000s to $450,000s.

We must admit we’re torn! We love seeing shovels in the ground and cranes in the sky, so naturally we’re excited for construction to begin. But at the same time, we do love our pre-construction prices…

We guess there are worse predicaments to be in. You just need to promise that you’ll make it over to the sales centre to check out DNA3 before you miss your chance.
