Nothing whets our appetites for an exciting new development quite like a scale model. That’s why we take so many photos of the model whenever we set foot inside a sales centre. We’re always so captivated by the level of detail and the amount of blood, sweat and tears that has gone into each model. It’s impossible not to snap photos until our memory card is filled to the brim.

Today we’re pleased to bring you some shots of the Library District scale model, freshly photographed at the sales centre at 1 Market Street. The Context condo development, which will be situated at Front Street and Bathurst, is currently in its preconstruction phase and suites are on sale now. So without further ado, let’s have a look at the scale model, shall we?

The estimated time of completion for Library District is 2013. Once complete, the tower will stand at 29 storeys.
The architect handling Library District’s design is KPMB.
Library District sits adjacent to historic Fort York and will share a position on the future Mouth of the Creek Park with Toronto’s 100th public library.
We thought this was pretty neat. It gives you a good idea of the development’s place in the surrounding neighbourhood.

For more information call the sales centre at 416 861 8181 or email librarydistrict@bakersales.info. You can also just drop by the sales centre at 1 Market Street and see the scale model yourself.
