TIFF is over. We miss it already, though we certainly have enough memories to last a lifetime, or at least until next year!

But while looking at these photos from The Mercer‘s film festival party, we can’t help but get a little nostalgic for TIFF 2011.

The Mercer, the new condo project by Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments, is located in the heart of the entertainment district, making it an ideal place to celebrate the festival in style. Purchasers and other guests were invited to a gala party at the beginning of the festival to enjoy the glitz, the glamour, the schmoozing and, of course, the fabulous hors d’oeuvres.

The development is nearly two-thirds sold at the moment and considering its excellent location and and fantastic features, we’re thinking it won’t be long until The Mercer is three-thirds sold out (umm, that makes sense, right?).

Each two bedroom suite features a wall of windows with incredible views of Toronto’s always-evolving cityscape. The suites include Italian-inspired kitchens with appliances fronted by veneer panels to match the cabinet millwork, granite or engineered quartz countertops, and backsplashes of glass tile, ceramic tile or marble mosaic. Ceiling heights range between 9′ and 10′.

Even though it’s two-thirds sold, there are still a diverse selection of suites available — from 363 to 1,133 square feet and priced from the mid $200,000s. For a limited time Graywood and Beaverhall are offering a cashback of $17,000 to buyers of two-bedroom plus den suites. What a deal!

While you absorb the awesomeness of this deal, you should check out a couple photos snapped at the The Mercer’s TIFF event:
