First on Friday and then again on Saturday and Sunday, three Circus Orange aerialists flew high above the Cinema Tower construction site in Toronto’s Entertainment District in a performance that was both unique and exhilarating.
The seven minute performances featured some jaw dropping acrobatics by the aerialists and an amazing pyrotechnics show. It was a celebration that marked the first weekend of Toronto’s acclaimed International Film Festival and it certainly highlighted Cinema Tower‘s exclusive connection with TIFF. Future residents will receive loads of perks including a three-year membership to TIFF Bell Lightbox and more!

The Daniels Corporation is definitely on to something with this performance, we’re thinking this must be a Toronto-first. Check out more pics taken by the talented Jack Kazmierski during Friday’s performance below…

This performance is called the “Human Mobile.” Suspended 50 feet in the air, these performers must be fearless.
Sad you missed Friday’s show? Well, it just so happens that Circus Orange will be performing on Monday night too! Head over to the South East corner of Adelaide and Widmer Streets at 8pm or 9pm to catch the action.
