Last night we got a sneak peek at B.streets condos‘ new sales centre.
The Lindvest Properties development, situated near the corner of Bloor and Bathurst, has been turning heads due to its commitment to matching its aesthetic with the beloved Toronto neighbourhood that surrounds it.
If you’ve been by the intersection recently, you probably noticed the massive mural created for the project — a depiction of the locals who make the Bloor-Bathurst scene so unique. The 23 foot tall work of art was commissioned by L.A. Inc and runs 82 feet along Bathurst and 53 feet along the building’s north side.
With all this emphasis on aesthetic considerations, it was no surprise that the sales centre was looking slick last night. We enjoyed checking out the eclectic displays of model vignettes by Cecconi Simone, B.streets‘ interior designer while grabbing a few delicious hors d’oeuvres.

|Bathrooms will feature custom cabinetry by Cecconi Simone, a chrome faucet with rain style shower head and a rectangular design white acrylic soaker tub.|
|Kitchens will feature straight edge composite quartz kitchen countertops, contemporary kitchen cabinetry and energy efficient kitchen appliances.|

The buzz surrounding this project has been growing steadily since it was officially announced a few months back and it’s got nowhere to go but up.
