Since we published a story on Paintbox Condos yesterday, you might be looking at this post and be thinking “Hey! Another Paintbox story? C’mon how ’bout some variety.”

But with today’s Paintbox story, variety is just what we’re giving you. After all, this dynamic and exciting new development by The Daniels Corporation has so many facets that all warrant equal attention.

Yesterday we focused on Paintbox‘s unique connection with the Regent Park Arts and Cultural Centre, but today we’re going to take a look at the residential development itself and what residents can expect in their sweet suites.

The sleek 26 storey tower was designed by the renowned Diamond and Schmitt Architects and is being built to the LEED Gold Certification standard. The tower will be characterized by a clean glass design and a modern colourful roofline (truly earning it the name “Paintbox”).

Suites will range from studio to two-bedroom + den designs and are priced from the $200,000s. And, as you can see here, construction is well under way so residents will be able to move in as early as Spring 2012.

If you’re familiar with Daniels project, you know they always try to make purchasing as easy as possible. That’s the motive behind their exclusive Gradual Deposit Payment Plan where purchasers will only need to pay $3,500 with the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, followed by $1,000 each month until they reach 5 per cent of the purchase price. What a deal!

People who like a good community vibe will also find a lot to love about Paintbox. The development will feature a Wi-Fi connected first floor lounge (pictured below) and a party room that connects with a stylish gaming room and an expansive outdoor terrace on the fourth floor.

If your green thumb needs a work out, you can take advantage of the gardening plots on the fifth floor and if your entire body needs a work out, the state-of-the-art fitness centre will be the place to be.

The Wi-Fi connected, first floor lounge will greet residents and visitors to Paintbox Condos.

As you can tell, Daniels is taking the Regent Park Revitalization project seriously and considering the first revitalization development, OneCole Condominiums sold like hot cakes, you know the demand is there.

There’s sure to be more news about Paintbox emerging soon, so check back here for all the latest buzzbuzz.
