Do you fancy yourself an advertising expert who just hasn’t caught that big break yet? When you see billboards along the highway or signs on the subway, do you think to yourself “I could totally do something better than that.”
The Design An Ad for The Bond contest is a great opportunity to get creative, get exposure and get a sweet iPad2. The winning ad will be featured in the development’s upcoming advertising campaign and the designer of the winning ad will receive an iPad2.
Participants in the contest can design their own version of The Bond ad by using the current ad as a template. The aim is to demonstrate how they connect with The Bond. Participants can insert images or graphics within the letter or in the background. The design is up to them, but what the folks behind The Bond are looking for is a similar aesthetic and outline as the current ad.
The contest is already under way, so better get your brainstorm on ASAP. All submissions must be received by midnight on September 13.
Participants must work in Adobe Creative Suite 3, 4 or 5 using Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator. Ads can be submitted on The Bond’s website just make sure it’s in JPEG format.
Now that we’ve gone through all the formalities we’ve gotta say that we’re loving this contest. It’s just the type of innovative initiative that we’ve come to expect from Lifetime Developments. We’re also liking the sounds of a iPad2, maybe Leonard the Bee will try his hand in this contest… just kidding, Leonard is already quite busy with other ventures.
