Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments celebrated the unveiling of the Ocean Club‘s penthouse last night at their presentation centre on the waterfront.

The BuzzBuzz Team was on the scene with our trusty phototaking device and snapped some shots of the model penthouse.

Even though we were by Lake Ontario, we could feel the ocean spray and sense the salty smell in the air. It was probably because all of Ocean Club‘s suites are named after famous beaches. We saw Sunset Beach, Treasure Beach, and Cocoa Beach, but what we were really there for was Laguna Beach, the 1095 sq. ft. model penthouse suite that was unveiled last night to much fanfare.

Have a look at our photos from last night’s event below:

Slick logo Ocean Club, pretty darn slick.

Ah yes, the main event: the Laguna Beach penthouse suite. It’s a two bedroom plus den model.

Here we have the dining area with the den in the background.

Just kicking back in the den after a long day.

The Laguna Beach office. Looks like someone was doing some reading before we got there.

The kitchen features granite or quartz counters, built-in appliances, and porcelain, ceramic or glass tile backsplash.

The penthouse’s master bedroom.

And one more for luck — a view into the office from the den.

If you’ve never been to the waterfront area that Ocean Club is situated in, we highly recommend making a trip over. The views of the city are spectacular and the neighbourhood has a very calming effect.

For more info on Ocean Club visit the site or email Call the presentation centre at 416 255 4663. Presentation centre hours are Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 6pm and weekends and holidays from 12pm to 5pm.
