It’s set to be an exciting weekend for everyone involved with the much-discussed seven35 townhome project by Adera.

This Saturday, May 14th, from 11:30am to 3pm at the seven35 presentation centre will be the public’s first chance to tour the new display suites and experience the seven35 magic firsthand. Oh, and a little birdie told us there’ll also be an outdoor barbeque, so bring an appetite!

As seven35 will be the first LEED for Homes Multi-Family Platinum certified home in Canada and the first dual certified community in Canada with an additional Built Green Gold designation (believe us, it’s green!), the president of the Green Building Council of Canada (LEED) will be on-hand to make some brief remarks, as will a representative from BuiltGreen Canada. There will also be someone from C.I.R. Mechanical speaking about the Waste Water Heat Recovery System (which can reduce domestic hot water heating costs by up to 75 percent and is being applied to a private multi-family community in Canada for the first time).

And as if all this wasn’t exciting enough, the events will be covered by 100.5 The Peak on-location!

Take a glance at some advance pics of the new display suites:

Nestled in at Mosquito Creek Lane and 15th Street West (just north of Marine Drive), seven 35 is a forward-thinking set of 60 townhomes that range from 449 to 1084 square feet. Not that many of the residents’ will be spending an overwhelming amount of time indoors – Vancouver’s North Shore offers virtually unparalleled natural and neighbourhood amenities. If you’re partial to a lovely meal after a day on the ocean or slopes or trail, then this is the ‘hood for you!

So, if you’re interested, be sure to check out the seven35 by Adera Grand Opening from 11:30am to 3:00pm at 735 15th Street West, North Vancouver. Or, read up about the project over at their website
