There’s a bundle of good news to report on FIVE Condos at 5 St. Joseph, the much-discussed 45-storey condominium project soon to grace St. Joseph at Yonge in Toronto. First, the sales centre is now closed and work at the site has begun.

Say, what’s that in the air? Why it’s progress, of course!

And to celebrate these leaps forward, FIVE is offering purchasers both a last chance to capitalize on pre-demolition prices and, for this week only, a year without maintenance fees. The deal is, to put it mildly, a generous one. The remaining suites, we’re betting, won’t sit on the shelves for much longer.

Completing a trifecta of good news, FIVE Condos won High-Rise Project of the Year and Best High-Rise Building Design at the BILD Awards this past Friday evening.

At FIVE Condos at 5 St. Joseph, 45 storeys of undulating balconies will rise from the slick array of the Heritage Lofts – which, for their part, look like they’ll manage the feat of doffing a cap to the past while maintaining a modern perspective. The finished building will house 493 units that will range from 325 to 1683 square feet. Ceilings will be found from 9 to 10 feet from the floor. The project is being developed by Graywood Developments and Mod Developments.
