‘Tis the season. . . for barbecuing! And once you start barbecuing, why not keep going and prepare the whole meal outside? That is, if you’ve got a fully stocked outdoor kitchen. At first glance it may not seem logical in our chilly climate to invest in such a luxury, but looked at from another angle our short summers demand spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors – you can’t afford not to!
