On the heels of what was, by all accounts, a thoroughly successful grand opening, Chaz. Yorkville. is continuing to see its units being snapped up at a very quick pace.

Purchasers, say people at 45 Charles Ltd and Edenshaw Homes, who are the companies developing the project, are particularly enthusiastic about the location of their new home – on Charles St., just southeast of Yonge and Bloor. The neighbourhood is a hop, skip and jump from Yorkville’s renowned restaurants and shopping and is moments from Toronto-defining institutions like the U of T, the ROM, and The Royal Conservatory of Music’s brand new Telus Centre.

The building itself is an obvious draw too, of course. On the street, an elegant limestone-clad pavilion will converse fluently with the neighbouring buildings. At the sixth floor, sunk back slightly from the pavilion, a sleekly modern tower will begin to rise 36 more storeys. We can’t wait to see this one kissin’ the sky!

And, for the time being, Chaz. Yorkville. is continuing its popular ‘Easy Pay’ program to help qualified prospective purchasers with the financing.

Here are the details on the ‘Easy Pay’ program: Qualified buyers can purchase a suite with a 10 percent deposit and can receive a 10 percent interest-only deposit loan, meaning that, until the lucky purchaser takes occupancy of the suite, all principal payments are deferred. Plus, for the next little while, the only payment purchasers will be making – the interest – will actually be paid by the developer.
