Anybody interested in snapping up a suite at The Yorkville Condominiums would be wise to visit the Grand Opening this weekend as word is it might be your last chance.
Coinciding with the Grand Opening will also be a last release of suites with nothing, apparently, held back – though, with the pace of sales so far, even the new releases are not expected to last. A number of highly anticipated units on higher floors are among those to be released, some of which will boast 10 foot ceilings.
The Yorkville Condominiums is another marquee project from Lifetime Developments. Sitting at a plum locale between Yonge Street and Bay Street on Davenport Road, the building will be 31 storeys and 238 units (including townhomes). The exterior of the tower will feature distinctive coloured fins designed to play with and against the sun as it rises and sets. The fins end at a bold articulated horizontal overhang.
It’s not really any wonder that the Grand Opening might be people’s last chance to buy.
Check out The Yorkville Condominiums presentation gallery this Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5pm at 20 McMurrich Street in Toronto. Or read up on their website.
