Those in the market for a big ticket purchase, mark your calendars: April 30 is a ‘One Day Only Sale Event’ to celebrate the grand opening of The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, the luxury condominiums that share a building (and a staff) with the famous hotel at Wellington Street West between University Avenue and Simcoe Street in downtown Toronto.
As ‘The Ritz’ has long been shorthand for a luxury abode, it makes sense that The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton doesn’t cut any corners in its delivery of posh, fully-serviced, high-in-the-sky condominium units (available condominiums start on floor 34 of the 53-storey building).

Private amenities (meaning away from the hotel riff-raff) include a state-of-the-art fitness studio with fantastic views, a games room, a boardroom, a large, sunny terrace and an elegant screening room. Of course, should owners dare to brave the masses, the stunning hotel amenities include a remarkable pool and a 23,000 square foot spa, plus a smattering of fantastic restaurants and places to grab a drink.

As for the suites themselves at this Graywood Developments and Cadillac Fairview Corporation project, we’ll let the pictures do most of the talking. Available suites range up to 6,000 square feet and start at $1.5 million. Appliances are (surprise!) top-flight and much care was clearly poured into finishing touches. Voila!

As we alluded to earlier, The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton are fully staffed by the same team that serves the well-heeled hotel patrons so that the service on which the Ritz name was built will be there for ya ’round the clock. OK, we’re in.
