Not to be left out, Tower 3, the project’s third phase, is to be launched officially this spring.
Scenic III will join its (slightly) elder-sibling towers at the crest of a stately hill near Leslie Street and Eglinton Avenue. With the added height of 18 storeys, the views from Tower III will undoubtedly live up to the project’s name. But views are certainly not all that Scenic on Eglinton has going for it, says Aspen Ridge principal Andrew DeGasperis:
“This condominium has the advantage of also being close to restaurants, cinemas, shopping and other fantastic amenities in the Leaside shopping strip off Bayview Avenue. Another big plus is its location with regard to transportation. There are highways nearby, and it’s only minutes to downtown Toronto by transit. Construction is supposed to start next year on the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, so Scenic is bound to increase in demand. With the natural surroundings, it’s like having a cottage in a convenient urban area.”
Word. Scenic on Eglinton Tower III also brings some game in the amenity arena, too. The building, which stands apart from the other two towers (which are joined by a podium), features Mike Niven-designed features like party and media rooms, fitness facilities, a meditation area, an outdoor Zen lounge and two guest suites.
