The Rolston, located at the mouth of downtown Vancouver, offers the ability to get around easily via Granville Street. It’s very close to the sea wall (2 blocks) and George Wainborn Park (1 block). Public transportation is right outside the building. For grocery shopping, the closest store is Choices Market, only three block away. Granville Street offers a wide range of choices, from food to clothing to entertaining – there’s always something for everyone!
The design of the building is very unique. It uses the balconies as part of the design, forming a continuous ‘S’ shape from top to bottom. This also means that every unit comes with a balcony (and most of them are over-sized). The design makes it feel very fresh, young and vibrant – great for the young crowd!
The building amenities include two outdoor community areas. One of these, known as ‘The Terrace,’ is on the 16th floor and is like an open party room – a great place to start the evening with some drinks. The space, called ‘The Gardens’ will be outfitted with a bar, chairs, tables and chaise lounges for enjoying the sun. It’s located right on the roof. This is where the yoga studio, community garden and outdoor dining area will also be located. Needless to say, both areas will have amazing views.
