Ultimately, says Hassan, the value at One Valhalla Towns and Condos (which is already under construction) was unbeatable. “When I looked at comparables, there was nothing else in the area for this price in such a convenient location. It’s close to two major highways, and it’s handy whether you work in Toronto or Mississauga. The price is great, and the west pocket of Etobicoke is being transformed, so I believe buying now is a fantastic investment.”
