On the shores of Frenchman’s Bay and within sight of Pickering’s downtown hub, San Fransisco By The Bay [map] by Chestnut Hill Homes has its cake and definitely eats it too.

It’s lakeside living that echos the west coast feel of its name, but with downtown neighbourhood amenities nearby. It’s near Douglas Park and is a hop, skip and jump from Millenium Square, but will also boast retail-commercial space on-site. . . Yum, cake!

San Fransisco By The Bay itself – which is already under construction, by the way – seems to have been planned to cover all the bases, too. Two high-rise condominium towers are connected by the aforementioned retail space before giving way to a community of stately three-storey townhomes. And all this amidst two acres of greenland!

If you’d prefer the story with some snazzy images and a lovely woman’s voice, then check out the video:

Layouts range from 579-square foot one bedrooms to multi-bedroom townhomes with more than 2000-square feet of living space. Outside the suites but inside the building (this means amenities), home-owners can work out at the fitness centre, swim in the indoor pool or take in a film or sporting event in the entertainment centre – which features its own party room that opens onto an outdoor deck.

You may as well draft those party invites up right now. . .
