Next week is going be a big one for Bazis Inc, Metropia Urban Landscapes, and Plaza Corp. Not only is the launch of their Exhibit Residences [map] project imminent, but on next Tuesday, March 29th, there will be a groundbreaking ceremony for their Emerald Park [map] project (that’s it to the left).
Located on Yonge Street just south of Sheppard Avenue West, Emerald Park will dramatically reconfigure North York’s burgeoning skyline. Two distinctive emerald-hued towers – one 32-storeys, the other 42-storeys – will launch upwards from a central podium that will include two floors of retail and one floor of dedicated office space.
Exhibit Residences, as y’all might know, will be a 32-storey building that will sit at 200 Bloor Street West – across from the Royal Ontario Museum and almost smack dab between Avenue and Bedford (a location about which we expounded here). A VIP Broker event next Wednesday, March 30th, will get the ball rolling there.
