This means that steps from Eleven Superior will be an uninterrupted waterfront trail extending all the way from Humber Bay Park West to Norris Crescent Parkette.
Phase 2, which, according to Toronto and Region Conservation, is expected to be completed in fall 2012, will include a 250-metre long boardwalk and multi-use Waterfront Trail.
Phase 1 opened a few years ago and is, for obvious reasons, wildly popular with neighbourhood residents.
On the following graphic, Eleven Superior will soon sit right where the two phases connect (on Lakeshore Blvd W), making for a convenient locale for those who like to stroll.
Eleven Superior is being developed by Davies Smith Developments. It will be a 9-storey, 130-unit condominium building with an amenity list that includes workout facilities, a lounge and private dining room, a movie screening room – and now, proximity to kilometers of uninterrupted waterfront trails!
For more information about the project visit the Eleven Superior Presentation Centre (2398 Lake Shore Blvd. West), check out their website or call 416-259-8882.
