First, the 2 bedroom plus den is a 754 square foot layout with the added utility of a 290 square foot wrap-around outdoor terrace which, in about a month, will be prime spring entertaining space (followed by summer and fall for that matter). We asked, and yes, the terrace can accommodate a barbecue with a gas hook up. We can taste the burgers and feel the rays of sunshine already. . .
Here’s the floorplan:
The other last-of-its-kind suite at DNA3 is a 564 square foot one bedroom plus den that comes with a custom designed furniture package that clocks in value-wise at about $10,000 [insert sound of a long, impressed whistle]. The suite and furniture package sound like a major draw for someone contemplating the purchase of their first home.
Of course, DNA3’s neighbourhood is itself a draw for many first time home-buyers. The energy and dynamism of the King West ‘hood needs no further expounding here. DNA3, which is being developed by Canderel Stoneridge is the 14-storey, 600-unit final phase of the DNA community.
To learn more about the two previously discussed suites or to learn more about DNA3 in general, slide by their sales centre located at 1030 King Street West (open this weekend from noon to 5pm). Their website, too, is good for further information.
