Having seen new photographs from the inside of Churchill Park Condominiums [map] by Tower Hill Development Corporation, we can confirm that the building is definitely bringing a fresh dose of glamour to the Forest Hill neighbourhood.

We think you’ll agree – and we’ll get to the pics in a sec, but first a word about the project in general.

Quadrangle Architects drew up the plans for this 14-storey, 45-unit building, the unique elongated oval shape of which offers grand, unobstructed views (including of the park that lends its name to this project). A glass canopy covers the entrance to the sweeping 2-storey lobby:

The building will feature a 24-hour concierge

The suites themselves were designed by Katherine Newman of Katherine Newman Design Inc and offer 9.6′ ceilings and a choice of available hardwood, granite, marble or limestone floors throughout different parts of the suite (we’re a sucker for limestone!). In the kitchens, Wolf and Miele appliances ensure that whatever extravagant meal you’re cookin’ up will be flawlessly executed – provided, of course, that your skills hold up their end of the bargain. . .

Peruse these pics of two suites at Churchill Park Condominiums (the slightly darker toned suite is ‘The Mayfair,’ and the lighter suite is ‘The Croyden’) and then meet us on the other side to hear about the amenities.

Ah, yes, amenities – here they are: full fitness facility, including a steam room and rooms for private masseuses (sign us up!); a party lounge with full catering kitchen for your entertaining needs; meeting rooms, for, you know, your meeting needs; a guest suite; and valet parking.
