The awards are handed out in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show.

CHAZ on Charles, for which Montana Steele does the marketing, picked up four awards including International Community of the Year. In fact, Montana Steele picked up 11 of the 15 awards, besting their record last year of 9!
