A couple BuzzBuzzHomies took a spin around The St. Thomas [map] model suite a few days ago and then left, jaws sore from being set to wide-open gawk.
The St. Thomas boutique residences by Minto is a twenty-three storey tower at the corner of St. Thomas and Charles, in south Bloor-Yorkville.
They’re going for some serious luxury here, and the model suite hits all the right notes. The open and flowing space moves seamlessly from kitchen to dining space to living area, all of which are smartly appointed by the folks at Gluckstein Design.
In the kitchen, refined cabinetry conceals most of the Miele appliances (not that they’re particularly hard on the eyes). The spacious master bathroom pretty much has his and her everything, for those of you who hate to share. And if you like to swim laps, then this particular bath tub is the one for you!
As the French would say: Magnifique!

Shiny

The kitchen has both ample cooking and eating space

Dinner party galore

Just add coffee and a newspaper

As we mentioned, the space flows nicely

Reverse view, with model to the back right

Seeing double

Bath tub, with champagne (obviously)

All sides of the building will have balcony space
