There’s a nice place and then there’s a nice place. The Palatial Collection at Success Tower [map] is geared for those who know the difference.

Starting at the 34th floor of Success Tower in the Pinnacle Centre community, the suites in the collection are two and three-bedrooms plus a den and range to well over 2,000 square feet.

The suites, which are move-in ready reportedly feature the bells and whistles you’d expect: high end appliances in gourmet, marble or granite-clad kitchens; spa-like bathrooms; 9 and 10 foot ceilings with crown moulding; and dramatic floor to ceiling windows.

Other perks include a private lobby with an executive-style concierge (“Why hello, Jeeves!”) and the use of high speed elevators that cruise directly up to the 34th floor and beyond.

Two model suites, found at floor 45 of the tower, have been decked out by two well-known Toronto interior designers, Paul Maggiacomo of Tanner Hill Associates, and Alex Chapman of Chapman Design Group.

Here’s a taste:

We love the rich floors
