Through last summer and this past fall we’ve kept you up on the latest news from both phases of The Ridgewood Condominiums (Phase I [map] and Phase II [map]) by The Rockport Group: There was the mid-summer luau, October’s suite of the month, and, of course, a little wine-tasting.
Now we’ve got some more news for you relating to The Ridgewood Phase I (the picture of which, top left, is the real deal, not a rendering).
First, only five suites remain. And second, buyers will start moving into their new homes within 30 days.
Aurora’s comparative value (20% less than matching suites in downtown TO) and plentiful green space (2 acres!) are two likely reasons for the project’s success. We’re guessing people also dig the thought of a salt water pool and a pavilion for barbecues and summertime al fresco dining. Of course the fitness room with his and her steam rooms, the theatre, and the private dining and meeting rooms help the cause.
Whatever the reasons, this all bodes well for Phase II.
