Anyone interested in minto775 King West [map] by Minto rest assured: 2011 looks like a good year indeed.

BuzzBuzzHome recently received an update from the fine people over at Minto, which included, perhaps most importantly, a construction update.

The building (which, by the way, is more than 75% sold out) is progressing nicely. Project Manager Keri Washer reports that her team laughs in the face of inclement weather and will push through winter’s unpredictable obstacles to bring minto775 buyers their homes on time. The crane is set to go up in mid January. Eyes to the sky, ladies and gents.

Warm gloves and hot coffee are the must-haves on-site
In other minto775 news, the suite known as The 866 – 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, south facing balcony – is currently being offered along with a $7,500 signing bonus. With the purchase of a parking space, the bonus doubles. After receiving counsel from us here at BuzzBuzzHome, new buyer Jered Shoychet wisely capitalized on the deal. Happy to help, Jered!
And lastly, for those of you who like to rub shoulders with best and brightest, Cher Hawrysh, producer extraordinaire, recently snapped up her own minto775 suite. Ms. Hawrysh recently worked on a project by acclaimed director Velcrow Ripper (really?) entitled Evolve Love: Love in the Time of Climate Crisis.
Apparently she was looking for a new home that aligned with her environmental beliefs and values and found it in minto775. Says Ms. Hawrysh:

“Choosing a place at minto775 has enabled me to feel confident that I’m making a difference and alleviating negative impact on our environment through the home I live in.”

Lets hope that the news in 2011 stays this good – for a little while, at least.
