The team over at Cityzen Development Group has a well-deserved reputation in the development industry for forward thinking strategies and initiatives, and the virtual models of their Backstage [map] condominium project is another case in point.
When we visited the Backstage sales centre the other day, people were clearly fascinated by the 3D, virtual models projected onto three screens around the room. Even the BuzzBuzzHomies, grizzled industry veterans that we are, were impressed.

We have never seen a sales-centre where there is no physical scale model – just a enormous virtual scale model. So cool!

Backstage by Fernbrook Homes, Castlepoint Realty and Cityzen Development Group is, of course, the 36-storey condominium tower soon to go up at Yonge St. and The Esplanade, not too far from Toronto’s waterfront.
Backstage is hosting a media day at their sales centre on Friday and the BuzzBuzzHome team will file a full report but we thought we’d give our valued readers a special sneak-peak:
