Enough with the ’60s already. Give Mad Men a rest and throw on The Honeymooners, cause the ’50s are in like sin. At least that’s the conclusion we’ve reached after watching the pace of sales over at Thunderbird, the second phase of One Valhalla [map] by Edilcan Development Corporation.
As you read here a few weeks ago, Thunderbird, the second tower in a substantial development happening over in Etobicoke, is being marketed as a return to the comfortable glamour of the age of Jackie Gleason, et al.
Something’s clicking, because brisk sales have spurred preparation for the excavation of the sites on which Thunderbird and One Valhalla will soon stand.
The sales team credits the buildings’ value as a driving factor and cite the particular popularity of the two-bedroom designs, each with study, den or family room as well as a balcony or terrace, as an example.
Schollen & Company Inc. will handle the landscaping
Congrats to the team at Edilcan for their success with the project so far!
