Ground breaking ceremonies are a great thing, especially when they involve cake shaped like two 42-storey condominiums.
On November 10th, Menkes Development celebrated the beginning of construction on their Gibson Square [map] project, and BuzzBuzzHome got to take part in the festivities.
Located at Yonge Street and Park Home Avenue, Gibson Square’s two towers will rise 42 storeys above the North York Rose Garden and the Gibson House Museum, founded in honor of David Gibson, the original settler of the land in 1851.
The glorious Gibson Square cake.
Congratulations Menkes, and all the purchasers, on your Gibson Square ground breaking! We’ll anticipate the first crane photos.
There are still many ideal suites available in the two-tower project, starting from $332,490.
