If you read the BuzzBuzzHome Blog! regularly, you know that I love awesome new video marketing campaigns, especially when they deal specifically with new home sales.

I also love a campaign that actually makes me laugh-out-loud.

So, stumbling upon this insanely amazing new campaign by CBH Homes, called “Shiny New Awesome” was like hitting the gold-mine. Awesome.

According to their website:

We love shiny new homes. They’re awesome. They look good. Smell good. And they’re safe and clean.

With an older home, often the charm is quickly lost once you calculate the maintenance, and clean-up. So know what you’re getting into by doing a little “in-depth” investigative research right now.

We hope you’re entertained and enlightened by our shamelessly obnoxious new video clip series about the advantages of buying a shiny new CBH home, and the disadvantages of buying a used home.”

I have no clue who these people are, but they rock! Check out the videos below:

I think this is the first time that I have seen an online marketing video campaign for a new home builder that actually has the ability to “go viral”.
