Reserve Properties is creating a new condo and retail community at the corner of Bellefair and Queen in The Beaches.
The Bellefair Kew Beach Residences [map] will feature 23 condos and 6 townhomes along with some fresh retail along Queen Street and is adapting the architectural style of the former church in its design.
“This is a unique opportunity to connect the old with the new while revitalizing this strategic Queen Street location across from Kew Gardens,” says Shane Fenton, Vice President of Reserve Properties.
“From the boardwalk, to the dining, and jazz festival, I have a particular fondness for this neighbourhood that I frequently visited with my parents while growing up,” says Fenton. “It is crucial that this project be respectful of the rhythm and history of the community.”
Tucked behind the façade are 6 three storey townhomes which have front and backyard terraces, some of which step down to private gardens – nice!
Bellefair is a milestone project for Shane and his father Shelley Fenton, president of Reserve Properties.
“Working together on this project is quite a privilege and a wonderful family affair,” says Shelley. “Simply put, we expect Bellefair to be a beacon for The Beach community and a wonderful example of combining the past with the future.”
Tucked behind the facade are 6 three storey townhomes.
Bellefair Residences will also feature one and two storey penthouse suites, with sun decks looking out onto Queen Street and Kew Gardens (below).
There will also be a second level court yard for relaxing outside on warm summer nights (or cool fall ones if you can handle it).
10 ft ceilings with floor to ceiling windows will ensure a ton of natural light
Condos start at $359, 900 and urban townhomes start at $871, 900. Watch this space for more info on this project.
