Trinity Lofts [map] — the soft lofts that are making its presence heard in the historic Corktown ‘hood — have announced that construction will be starting this winter, and the pre-existing building has already been razed.

To celebrate their exciting progress (and to announce the beginning of the end of the preconstruction phase), Trinity Lofts has extended their summer incentives:

Purchasers of any lofts over $350,000 can choose from either $10,000 cash back on closing or $15,000 towards upgrades.

Trinity Lofts is also holding a free Homebuyer Seminar hosted by the VP of Sales and Marketing at Streetcar Developments. Hey, if you’re not sure about specifics of condo buying, or what a ‘soft loft’ is, why don’t you check it out?? October 27th at 6pm.

(Ok I might as well tell you now: Soft lofts are those that have the vibe of an authentic converted warehouse space, but are newly constructed)

The model suite was designed by Seven Haus Design, inspired by the history of the surrounding districts.

Seems like the Trinity Lofts are worth checking out. Do it for yourself, whydontya. 625 Queen Street East at the DVP, Monday-Wednesday 12 to 6 and Saturday-Sunday, 12 to 5. Read our past posts on Trinity Lofts here and here.
