As a 19 storey boutique condominium, MuseumHouse [map] is set to be one of the most prestigious addresses in the city – with private elevators, porte-cochere drop offs and only half floor and full floor layouts – in all of Canada.

MuseumHouse’s penthouse is a whopping full two storeys with four terraces, and unobstructed views of the entire city. With a 12.8 million dollar price-tag, how would you make the space as fabulous as humanly possible?

MuseumHouse asked just that question to three of Canada’s top interior design firms — Powell &Bonnell, Munge Leung and Patty Xenos Design — to unlock the possibilities of their two-storey, 5, 618 sq. ft penthouse with 4 stone terraces.

And, further… there was no budget and no specific client to work with…. just one huge space!
