The Daniels Corporation has found a little piece of heaven and is making it the location of their first ever development in Newmarket. I know that was really cheesy but I couldn’t resist!

The Highlands–St. Andrew’s Valley [map] will be a community of condominium town manors, cozied up right next to the St. Andrew’s Valley Golf Course and surrounded by nature, something which Daniels was very aware of when designing the project…

“It’s rare to find a piece of land with such striking natural attributes,” Daniels’ Vice President Don Pugh noted, ““We did our best to include large windows in many of the designs so that residents can take advantage of the phenomenal views.”

The views of the 7, 300 yard golf course will be among the most prized, and homes with higher elevation will get an even more spectacular view.

Priced from the $500,000s, the two-storey town manors have two or three bedroom designs with private rear patios or decks. Designs range from 2, 500 to over 3, 300 square feet.

Made from tumbled clay brick, the homes will feature 9ft ceilings, gas fireplaces and hardwood flooring.

Open-space gourmet kitchens and cozy family rooms.

As their first development in the area, it sounds like Daniels has taken particular care to ensure The Highlands will be among their finest!

Homes are on sale now and there are five model homes all dressed up and ready for viewing at 804 Shadrach Drive in Newmarket.
